Call for Collaboration with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)
Creativitas invites universities, colleges, and research centres to partner with us.
Creativitas: Critical Explorations in Literary Studies is actively seeking collaborative partnerships with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) worldwide. We believe that meaningful academic exchange flourishes through institutional cooperation, and we warmly invite universities, colleges, departments, and research centres to join hands with us in advancing the frontiers of literary and cultural scholarship.
Collaboration Opportunities
We are open to a range of collaborative initiatives that enrich scholarly discourse and foster global intellectual networks. Institutions interested in academic partnership are encouraged to explore the following avenues:
Joint Academic Conferences
Co-organize national or international conferences, seminars, symposia, and workshops on themes spanning literary studies, cultural theory, media studies, digital humanities, and interdisciplinary research. We welcome proposals for both in-person and hybrid academic gatherings.
Special Issues & Thematic Collections
Collaborate on guest-edited special issues or thematic collections emerging from conference proceedings, institutional research programmes, or focused scholarly initiatives. We are keen to publish rigorously peer-reviewed proceedings that reflect the intellectual vitality of partnered events.
Publication of Conference Proceedings
Creativitas offers a dedicated platform for publishing the proceedings of academically significant conferences and symposia. Selected papers undergo our standard double-blind peer-review process and, upon acceptance, are published as part of a special volume or thematic issue under the journal's E-ISSN.
Faculty & Student Engagement
We encourage partnerships that facilitate faculty exchange, joint research supervision, doctoral colloquia, and student-led academic initiatives. Such engagements strengthen institutional ties and nurture emerging scholarly voices across borders.

Expression of Interest
HEIs, departments, research centres, and academic societies interested in exploring a partnership with Creativitas are invited to submit a formal Expression of Interest (EoI). The EoI should briefly outline the proposed nature of collaboration, institutional background, intended themes or focus areas, and preferred timeline.

What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your Expression of Interest, the editorial team will review the proposal and respond within 10–14 working days. Successful proposals will enter into a formal memorandum of understanding (MoU) or letter of agreement, outlining the scope, responsibilities, and publication timeline for the collaborative venture.
